We already have prestigious clients working with us all over Europe and have a strong skills/language-based candidate's network. We currently have a team of 70 consultants (40 in Dublin, 15 in Barcelona, 7 in Paris, 4 in Lyon, 5 in Geneva), multilingual speakers and are growing through the promotion of existing consultants going to work in our offices in Europe.

Our challenge:
· Investigate on finding new tools & Database to recruit candidates and actively work with social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Viadeo...etc)
· Build partnership with Universities
· Build a strong candidate pipeline for “hard to fill” position within the shortest time
· Competitor Mapping, Research and Benchmark
· Recruiting/Headhunting for our key clients in Switzerland and all over Europe
· Marketing and advertising on-line to generate candidates
· Interview and selection of candidates (competency based interview)
· Assessing and short-listing candidates
· Develop good country/company/positions knowledge (including knowledge of competitors and sectors)
· Negotiate rates and close deals/offers with candidates
Understand in the quickest time issues from various sectors & positions (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Resources & Customer Support)
· Explain taxes systems all over Europe and salary packages offered
· Develop good country knowledge on an expertise on fiscal systems & costs of life in various regions

The Candidate:
· Recently graduated with Master’s Degree (strongly preferred), you are looking for an internship or a Training leading to a permanent position abroad (Barcelona)
· Ideally but not mandatory , First experience in a recruitment environment, with sourcing, selection, candidate management or business development, Market Research, Audit, Consulting or Project Management
· Good geographic and general cultural abilities
· Ability to discuss with Top HR Managers and/or high calibre/senior candidates
· Knowledge of recruitment processes (both in HR & Consulting)
· Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to work towards targets and mostly towards client satisfaction
· Highly Organized & Process oriented
· Ability to work alone, and run own desk
· Ability to work “smart” and, develop all opportunities in the market
· Results oriented
· Strong ability to negotiate & convince
· English Fluent (company language)
· Any other language is an asset such as Swiss-German, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or a Scandinavian language

The most important aspect of this position is your personality. We need someone with an outstanding solution orientation, a problem solver, with an amazing tenacity and positive attitude! We provide a little allowance of 500 to 700 CHF / month during this internship. We consider this 6 months trainee contract as a "Training" leading to a permanent position based in Barcelona. (Spanish is not mandatory, just an asset, as the company language is English)
